📄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Musa do verão

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, hygiene protections, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not be damaged, stained, or show signs of wear

👉 For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried over underwear.

👉 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions

👉 Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

👉 Musa do verão is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, you will receive a full refund of the product price

👉 Refunds are processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned item or proof of shipment

👉 In accordance with EU law, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal

👉 Refunds are issued via the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

👉 Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos.

In such cases:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • We will cover all related shipping costs

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

👉 To change size or model:

  • Return the item
  • Place a new order
